Reena Bothra

As a founder, Reena's mission is to empower Deaf individuals, particularly those from minority backgrounds, through improved access to education and social support tools. She believes these resources are essential for quality of life, independence, and full participation in society.

Anjali Desai-Margolin

Anjali Desai-Margolin

Anjali's experience advising students on career planning, career readiness, and job-search skills at Gallaudet University's Career Center gives her a clear view of the need for real-world preparation. Her work placing students and her life within the Deaf community support NamBi Foundation's mission and projects.

Smita Kothari

Smita Kothari

Smita was born and raised in Mumbai, India, and was mainstreamed in hearing schools and universities without accommodation. After moving to the United States, she became active in the Deaf community and volunteered with Metro South Asian Deaf Association. She completed a Master of Public Administration at Gallaudet University, and NamBi Foundation's vision aligns with her passion for helping Deaf individuals stand for themselves.

Sid Dugar

Sid supports NamBi Foundation's cause of helping people with disabilities bring out their best. He believes the right tools can help individuals make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others.

Niraj Bothra

Niraj Bothra

Niraj's father was his role model and dedicated his work as a doctor to helping people in poverty receive low-cost or free medical care. Niraj hopes to carry that spirit of service into NamBi Foundation.
